THE SAME BAD SERVICE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN

This isn't the first or even the second bad experience I've had with this inefficient and unprofessional delivery company. Its just become so ridiculous that I had to make the effort to complain about it - and complaining is so much trouble.

To run super efficiently all you need to do is make 1 phone call and determine if the receiver will be available for the delivery or collection, and if not, when they will be. But it appears that logic, common sense and efficiency is not a priority.

Vodacom, you MUST get a different delivery company because this one has me on the verge of cancelling both my contracts with you just so I don't have to deal with them again. PLEASE!
