The most useless courier in the world!!
If I could rate them half a star, I would. A Jhbg vendor despatched a purchase to me using Ram. It’s delivery date was scheduled for 23 Dec. it arrived in Cape Town by road at 02:43 on 24 Dec. By today (29 Dec) it has not arrived & 4 calls to Jhbg (one can’t phone the CT depot which is 7.5kms from my house as all calls are diverted to Jhbg) have met with feeble excuses/lies about incorrect address etc. Promises made by staff to follow up & advise me have not been kept. I have to repeatedly call Jhbg only to find that no-one there has bothered to follow up with CT or CT staff do not return calls. Do NOT use them for any deliveries or use them bc at your peril. Totally useless!!!

I have escalated the matter to our Cape Town operations manager and requested that the parcel be dispatched for delivery today. I am currently awaiting feedback and will contact you shortly to advise however would like to confirm the correct complete delivery address and whether it is your residential or work address ?
