If you are looking for the most useless and unreliable courier company to deliver your parcels, Look no further because RAM is it. I was supposed to have a parcel delivered today before 5pm, as the afternoon slowly ticked away I phoned RAM to enquire where the parcel was- I was told it would be there by 4. 4pm came and went, and I phoned again, this time I was told it would be at my work before 5. By half past 5 I did not receive anything - having waited and extra half an hour at work. I phoned RAM again and they told me they would deliver to my house at 6. It is now quarter to 7 and still no package. So if you want a company to continually let you down and lie to you- look no further because RAM is the company.
