The most appalling service delivery
What a painful experience dealing with Ram Hand to Hand Couriers!!! I have been waiting for a parcel from Vodacom since 15 April!!! each time I track it, the parcel is out for delivery in Industria!!!! I am in Douglasdale!!!! Much mention of SMS's sent - none of which I have received. The Call Centre takes a lifetime to answer calls - if they bother answering at all. Have given correct ****tact details on several occasions to no avail. Vodacom - if you a wondering why people cancel their upgrades - look no further than Ram Hand to Hand Couriers.
