The driver was rude

The driver was rude. He called and said he is about to come, seconds after that he was hooting at the gate. Before I could make it to the gate he sped off. I called him to advise him to discuss the delivery. He just hung up on the 1st 3 or 4 calls, eventually he listened on my next attempt then told me he had passed and he will come back then just hung up. He never pitched nor communicated that he wouldnt be coming. If he had atleast spared a minute when he was at the gate one would've been able to receive the order. On my last call, I asked him why do you keep hanging up on my calls without listening. He just hung up again. Ram drivers are always not the best to deal with but this incident was exceptionally bad.
