The driver **** about contacting me
The worst courier services there is.i still don’t know why stores use this guys. I was waiting for my order the whole day today but i did not receive anything. The driver called me at 16:30 telling me that he is returning my order because he tried to get ahold of me but he couldn’t which is a lie because i never received any call from courier guys or their drivers. The order number is OPT-***. Im very angry and frustrated because this was supposed to be a gift but its still not here

18 Dec 2024, 12:13A few hours later im still sitting here frustrated by the terrible customer service. I got a call from them apologising yesterday saying i will get my order today. I still have not received anything when i call their customer call line they are telling me my order is back at the warehouse. Told them so many times that the driver never called me he **** and left without delivering my order. You guys are the worst
