Thanks for ruining my week, RAM.

I ordered an item via Bobshop, parcel: BOBRD43QX The parcel was sent to my address which I have always used on Bobshop.

RAM decided that the provided address was not mine and instead changed my address to that of Kroondal Platinum mine.

Before delivering, they sent me an SMS where I could verify my delivery details, where I saw they *****ed up my address, after which I provided my address as it is on Bobshop.

Now RAM doesn't want to deliver my package until the sender verifies my address, as if I don't know what my own address is.

I contacted the seller who then contacted RAM and was informed only Bobshop could verify the address.

So now my package is stuck in limbo at the Rustenburg depo.

I detest RAM and I wish Bobshop would not make use of this courier service, but sadly they do.

Ofc RAM doesn't allow you to collect your own package from their depot, and they won't deliver it.

Their useless customer support doesn't respond and if I try to use their WhatsApp line then I wait so long that the chat just expires everytime.

I absolutely hate RAM and I wish they would close doors for good.
