Having previously experienced the worst service with RAM, it was no shocker that they just delivered the exact same experience,,, so this lady phoned me stating that the courier cant find my address because it states PTA Central and not Arcadia, even though the full address is listed... pfff The more i explain that this is an anniversary gift for TODAY, the more she says, oky thank you bye.... frustrating me to the fullest..... That lady does not deserve a job, or should be restricted from phoning customers. I then phoned back, and unfortunately didnt get the ladies name, but my 5 stars goes to her and just her... Thank you, whomever you are for helping me getting my parcel delivered today. I am truly grateful Just shows, its 100% the employees that makes or breaks a company... Hire more of the 5 stars and less of the once that doesn't give a **** and you will again reach the top in delivery service... Then your delivery guys... hu uh... No,.... Nee... Stop with your Hi5 segment and start promoting the 5% in your company that actually gives Clients good service
