I made an order at Sportscene online and paid for the item on the 1st of December advised on TAT of 5 working days. The item was not delivered on the 5th working day as promised, called their call centre to be assisted but nothing but empty promises was made. Asked them to give me RAM direct number because at this point I was highly frustrated, and I was transferred to Trevor Terblanche who went out of his way to assist me. We spend two hours trying to resolve this issue as the parcel was not traceable on system, he insured that the parcel was delivered immediately after we spoke on the phone. He is a true asset to this company, if the was a way to tip him I would. Thank you for going the extra mile Trevor Terblanche. Excellent service!!!
