Thank you Gail from Bloemfontein, my parcel was taken to Polokwane by mistake and you made sure that I get it back to Bloemfontein Naval view PEP store. The parcel has been missing since the 28 of FEBRUARY, PAXI was telling me that they are escalating the matter since last week. But I called you on Tuesday and Friday my parcel was back in Naval View.
