Thank You

Coming off the back of a terrible experience from Vodacom, which I've just written about here on Hello Peter, I feel I have to compliment the staff of RAM for the effort that they made in trying to resolve a problem that was no fault of their own.

I dealt with a few people on the matter but in particular I remember Ahmed's name. It was clear that he, as well as the other staff I dealt with in Ram's Durban office, have a very high regard for customer service and are willing to go above and beyond what is expected of them.

To all who were involved, thank you. I well and truly appreciate your diligence and efforts.
