TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE - WON'T RECOMMEND

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!

I had a parcel due to arrive a week ago. Everytime I track my parcel they say that the parcel could not be delivered due to contact not available but NO ONE PHONED ME. I called them to ask what was going on and they said they would deliver the next day. The next day came and NO PARCEL.

They phoned me again to confirm my address and the lady said they would deliver the next day and that she would call the driver to tell them to phone me 30 minutes prior to delivery.

The next day came and guess what ???? NO PARCEL.

I checked the tracking on their website only to see that my parcel is in PRETORIA and I am in SOMERSET WEST.

I then phoned them and they said that my parcel was returned to Vodacom ........

Terrible service en even worse communication.

This has been 2 weeks now and I have no parcel.

I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

They do not phone you to let you know whats going on. They do not do what they said they would do ... they are just utterly terrible
