Terrible serviceby RAM

Really shocked by RAMS service!! Our parcel was dispatched for delivery today, and even though my husband left his busy work schedule to be home to receive the courier, we received no communication, only to see, when tracking the delivery on your website, that an error was logged, saying that no-one was home, at 17:05. My husband tried to phone RAM every 2 hours yesterday and today, to try to confirm the delivery, but could not get through to your call centre. Though we understand that these are special circumstances, we still expected professional service. If we don't receive the parcel by tomorrow 26 March, both my husband and I won't be able to work during the lockdown! Please advise how this can be rectified.
