TERRIBLE SERVICE! UNBELIEVABLE!
VERY BAD SERVICE! My parcel has been out for delivery from the Mthatha office to my address for the passed 3days, and each day the status is "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Umtata - Unavailable - Home - Address Query and contact not available tele." This is blatant lie, I've provided my mobile phone number well over 5 times now, and my address has no issues. I'm there waiting as we speak. Today there are NO status at all! Each time I call I give them my contact details and on 2 occasions I was told that I will receive a call with feedback, but I have not received any such call and I am still waiting for my order.
