TERRIBLE SERVICE - SYSTEMS ALWAYS DOWN - PACKAGE WASN'T EVEN DELIVERED

Changed my address 2 days prior with RAM. Got sms saying package would be delivered, waited the ENTIRE day and nothing. Was called at 15h20 for which the person verified my address as the driver had gone to the wrong street number.

So instead of just calling the driver to quickly go 5 houses down, the lady assures me the package will still be delivered that day and doesn't bother calling the driver.... who obviously didn't care at all about delivering the package successfully.

I then wait a further hour trying to get hold of RAM - either their systems are down or you just sit on hold --- I sat on hold for over 10 minutes only to be hung up again on when the person picked up the phone.

Finally when i got through on my 4th attempt I spoke to another man (John I think his name was) who again assured me the package was still going to be delivered that day.

So I sat the entire day from 8am to 6pm waiting for RAM who just didn't bother calling to let me know I was an idiot for waiting.

Now I sit the entire weekend without my package because RAM just couldn't care a less.

There are much better courier companies out there.
