terrible service!!!! ******** !!!

I am so disappointed by RAM courier the driver was disrespectful and he did not deliver my parcel that I paid for he called me and when i returned his call he told me that his at Ndwedwe which is 45minutes away from my place. which means he wasn't at my gate by the time he called, few minutes i receive a call from their office regarding my parcel and promised to call me back till now nobody contacted me. Pathetic service and its not the first time am experiencing such nonsense with Ram. last time i had to drive 11km to collect my order after 7pm. I'm fed-up!!!!
