Terrible Service Received from RAM Couriers

A package was supposed to be delivered to me on Thursday, 01 October 2015. The couriers obviously didn't deliver. No communication was sent to me or the sender regarding the undelivered package. I contacted RAM to find out what happened. They assured me it would be delivered the next day, and it wasn't. After being transferred between 10 different people, numerous dropped calls from the call centre agents and waiting after work hours till 6pm on Friday, I still had no assistance regarding the package. On Saturday, they were short staffed and nobody could tell me why the package was not delivered, nor did I receive a call back regarding the package. Also, nobody could deliver on Saturday. At 11am on Saturday, I was told I could collect the package from RAM only if it was before 12pm. The terrible service provided by RAM jeopardized my business and forced me to alter my week schedule all because of non communication and failure to assist a customer.
