Terrible Service : Please do not use Ram Couriers

Was suppose to recieve a package that was delivered by Ram couriers on Friday the 20th .

On Wednesday the 18th contacted Ram to confirm deliver on Friday 20th.

On Friday the 20th contacted Ram to confrim what time my package would be arriving. Service consultant stated that package would only be delivered on Monday 23rd.

Spoke to several people at Ram and no one was interesting in helping even through delivery was confirmed for the Friday 20th.

I live in PMB and on Friday the 20th the package was in PMB but Ram did not want to deliver the package to me. Eventually had to drive to the Ram facility in PMB to pick up my package as Ram refused to deliver to me.

The Ram facility in PMB is approx. 800m away from me about a 10-15 min walk. i do not understand why they could not deliver the package to me. When i got to the Ram facility in PMB there were numerous amount of Ram Vans at the facility as well as drivers.

i do not understand why they would not deliver my package to me?

Very disapointing service. would advise all businesses not to use Ram couriers.
