Terrible Service! Opt for another delivery service instead.

I had received an sms on Friday (03/08/2021) notifying me that my parcel is out for delivery to my address. Stayed home and waited all day for it to arrive. After having not received any form of communication throughout the day, I took initiative and checked online to find out my delivery was unsuccessful (without providing any further information on what went wrong). It is now Monday, still no communication on when I will receive my parcel. I'll be sure to never use your delivery services ever again.
