Terrible service, Lying Deivers such an inconvenience

someone is not doing their job at RAM yesterday I reccived S that my parcel was out for delivery I stayed home the whole day and nothing, this morning I received another sms that parcel is out for delivery , I tracked the parcel during the day and saw that they say they "attempted to deliver", I then called their customer care line and was on hold for close to 15minutes the consultant says the driver claims he came here 3 times and called which is a lie I was home and had no missed calls from them or any unknown number. after reading through all their reviews I see that this I a habit as lot of people have similar experiences. we asked for the drivers number so we could contact him and the agent over the phone refused.
