TERRIBLE SERVICE - LAZY

I ordered something for my mother via netflorist and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday by RAM. I kept on following up the whole day with netflroist and they told me that RAM hadn't delivered it yet. I decided to call RAm directly because it was getting late and the parcel still hadnt been delivered. The gentleman I spoke to said the parcel is in their depot and it will only be delivered today. I asked why they couldnt deliver it yesterday and he said 'BECAUSE ITS ALMOST TIME TO GO HOME'. I told him that the parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday by them and that there would be noone to receive it today. He then said they can also deliver it on Monday
