Terrible service, I am beyond words!!

I have been trying for more than a week to get answers for a missing parcel. Not one phone call, no reply to e-mail. Help centre useless, online support useless. I provided them with exact date, time, vehicle registration number, photos of the pick-up... They say my reference number is invalid, but what now? RAM collected an item worth R1200 from my school and now its MISSING!!
