Terrible service from Ram

Absolutely disgusted in their service even though I have no dealing with them as I have orderd a product from a supplier and they are the delivery service, the driver **** that he did not get ahold of me yet we spoke and he admitted to being so late, but requested I return to work to collect my parcel furthermore I provided him my home address as its up the road and asked him if he knows where it is he said yes he does but cannot do that and tomorrow I must have my relevant information for delivery, the very next morning I called the courier myself to ensure there. Is no mix up and or delays this is when I was told by 3.30 I will recieve my parcel. They now notify me that my parcel has.not left the hub and were trying to get hold of me at 3.pm to tell me that. Am I just a subject to them sorry if my english is bad its just frustrating
