Terrible service from Ram

I ordered a SIM from Vodacom 2 weeks ago and till today I still receive a message that my package is out for delivery and then no one pitches up.They have called me 6 times to confirm the correct address and then nothings been done about it.if I stayed in a cave or on a farm I would understand if it took a while but this here is just ridiculous.My order number is k ********** . I'm tired of talking to the agents asking me stupid questions like please confirm your address.
