Terrible service from people trained to lie!
Terrible!!!! No service to speak of! Terrible communication! Parcel “out for delivery” 9 June. It’s 13 June at 4.30pm and I’m still waiting! Have they ****** my parcel because they know what it is?? Call centre agent said they spoke to the driver which is a lie! Another agent put me on “hold” and disappeared!

Up to now I have not been contacted regarding this delivery! Could someone please tell me exactly where my parcel is? I want proof that it is not ****** or I will have to take this further!
