Terrible service from Ntokozo Maseko from Client Services!
Just called RAM to enquire about my RAIN router delivery. Got through to a guy named Ntokozo Maseko! That guy is sooooo rude!!! He has no customer services skills, lacks empathy and treats customers like ****! I told him that i received a message saying that they will deliver today, he says to me the parcel is still in Isando, and i should read back to him what the message says as if im some 5yr old! i’m like i’ve already taken an entire day off as i have to sign for the parcel and give them my POA, he said “then why didnt you write down your work address?” What stinking attitude from this boy! Nxa! Disgusting! I hate RAM!

We do apologise for the experience you have had with the customer service consultant and the inconvenience caused thereof. We will look into the call and ensure necessary disciplinary action is implemented.
The parcel was indeed handed over to Ram yesterday and could only be delivered today as it is on a next day service.
