Terrible service from a RAM driver

One of the drivers from RAM was so pathetic and rude to me yesterday after he had came late to deliver the package and had the nerve to tell me that he is doing me a favor coz he had knocked off. He denied to give me my package claim that my proof of address is old yet its a statement for December. In there disclosure it's supposed to be not older than 3 months
