Terrible Service - Fails to Deliver
Delivery was not made on Friday. Apparently due to the address being incorrect. Somehow, my street address is not correct because it's not a standalone house. Not sure how delivery is affected since this is my address, regardless of property type. I could have been called and the delivery could have been made. Alas. I get called and told that the delivery will be made on Monday. Spent the whole day at home; no delivery. Delivery is scheduled for Tuesday. Not delivered. I contact driver and get told that they will redeliver later. I get called 2 hours later by RAM and get told that the driver has lost the key. No confirmation that I'll still get delivery. This is unprofessional and frankly pathetic. I have wasted 3 working days waiting for a delivery that I am not getting.
