Terrible service

They are unreliable and are *****. They will send sms saying they are out on delivery and never arrive. The next moment they will write on tracking page that you address was not located. My Avon parcel took more than a week to reach my house after it was already in their Durban depot. Avon reference was AVON03-***2 i am also now waiting for unlimited sim from Rain , yesterday they sent first sms that they were out on delivery and they never came, When I checked on tracker they put comment that I did not have proof of address but no one arrived at my house. i am currently working from home and paid for this already because I desperately need it. It still has not arrived and I am not sure what their excuse will be this time. THE REFERENCE FOR LATEST DELIVERY THAT HAS NOT ARRIVED IS RAIN04-***3
