Terrible service

I requested ram to collect my parcel from Cato Ridge. Parcel sender was available for them to collect parcel but they **** saying sender was not available on the 10th April

They arived the following day with package to pack fhe parcel. Sender had to struggle with finding pack to put parcel.

I called their call center on the 18th they promissed to deliver same day. Parcel only arrived on the 24th of April.

This parcel delayed my travel and I needed it, I was suppose to leave on the 14 ended up leaving on the 22nd April and parcel arrived 2 day later. Im so upset with RAM
