TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My parcel was supposed to be here YESTERDAY , due to "not enough time" they couldn't deliver, they were supposed to deliver today, AGAIN NOTHING! I had to take leave for 2 days and use MY airtime to find out what the hell is going on... THIS IS BS!! I am losing money. WAKE UP GUYS!!!! ALL I AM ASKING IS FOR M Y PARCEL AND HAVE TO PHONE YOU TO FIND OUT WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!
