Terrible service!!

I was advised my parcel will be delivered on 20/05, its a day later after delivery hours so that means 2 days no delivery. It is an absolute struggle to get in contact with RAM, calls are being dropped. 3 emails ignored and online chat is delayed and when query is still ongoing it disconnects. I would not recommend.
