Terrible service!
I ordered a package from America to be delivered to my uncle, dhl was used as rve first haul but unfortunately use ram as a third party. We had estimated delivery for the 11th, ram attempted delivery 1 day early without anyone being informed, unfortunately my uncle was unavailable and they would not allow anyone else to sign for the package. I contacted Ram to arrange for new delivery address and was promised delivery 14th, phoned my uncle to inform him they won't be delivering but promised to deliver today again they tell him they won't be delivering and to top it off they didn't even update the delivery address. I'm all the way in the UK trying to sort this **** out. Honestly get yourselves together. I will never ever use them if I have a choice!!!!
