Terrible service!
Terrible experience. Been promised a delivery, time taken off work to receive my parcel, and no show. 2nd day off work waiting, agents at call center cannot assist. Been promised to get a call back with assistance, and nothing! Been messed around for 2 days, endless calls to them, and no luck. No management available to assist either. Shocking!
