Terrible Service

Wife ordered new phone from Vodacom. She is on the road all day so specified that delivery must be made after 3pm (because they will only let her receive it). Ram tried to deliver at 10AM. Phoned them and they promised it would be delivered from 3pm that day. No delivery. Phoned again, promised next day from 3pm. No delivery. Same for the next day (Friday). Monday, nothing. Phoned Ram today and they tell me it has been sent back to Vodacom. RAM YOUR DRIVERS ARE $#%^#$ useless. Now the phone is stuck in limbo as RAM say Vodacom has it and Vodacom say RAM has it. Considering this is what your company does RAM, you are pathetically useless at it. You need to sort your drivers out and run your company properly.
