Terrible service.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered today. The driver called me at 13:55 & I said that we are not home to which he responded that he would deliver at 15:30 as this suited both parties. I called the contact centre at 16:40 only to be told the driver is busy collecting items and will still deliver afterwards. It is now 7PM and the business is closed for the day and weekend, no answer from the driver and still no package delivered. Terrible service & contact centre consultants are not very willing to assist.

22 Mar 2022, 08:37It is now the 22nd of March and I am still to get a response from this company as to where my parcel is. On your tracking system it shows the 18th of March at 18:45 the delivery was unsuccessful again due to “no one being home” which is a blatant lie as I have been home and waiting to no avail and none of your drivers were at my home on the evening of the 18th. I expect my package to be delivered today by COB.
