Terrible service, delayed delivery and poor communication!
3 days later and I am still waiting for my urgent parcel despite calling everyday, no calls are ever returned and no real reason as to why my parcel has not left the DC. Aramex beats your service by miles!!! Once of the staff , Frank promised to call back in 20min with feedback as he needs to escalate, I should have realized it’s close to his knock-off time.
