Terrible service

Terrible service. They take forever to answer a call and when they do that are super slow in helping you, wasting your airtime. The delivery is late, this is a small town with a 'dedicated' delivery company, but they can't deliver a parcel before 12! Does the driver sit and wait for 17:00 to come before deciding to go deliver the goods?!?
