Terrible service

By far the worst service. My client is still waiting for her parcel, that RAM COURIERS claim have attempted to deliver from Monday, 9 Dec. My client has not received or missed any phone call. Their call centre numbers rings unanswered, I was on hold for over 30 mins at a time, until I gave up. Nobody replies to emails sent. And their website messaging system does not work. Utterly disappointing, and will not be using their services again.
