Terrible service
I actually don't even want to give a star as the service is absolutely pathetic.
I am so disappointed in the service from RAM courier service. I ordered a upgrade about a week or 2 back from Vodacom ,we made sure all arrangements where in place and made changes for address to ensure the package to be delivered to the correct place.
On the day of supposed delivery I received an sms to say that the delivery will be done yesterday and to the wrong address ,the driver phoned me and asked me where the shop was ,driver was very rude and the companies name was clearly stated on the order form, so I explained to the driver where the shop is and the name. I told the driver that the shop is visible from the road. A few minutes later the RAM vehicle drives into the shopping center right past the shop and goes and parks on the other side of the center. Which means the driver never listened to the instructions of where the shop is.
The driver then gets out the vehicle ,walks to TOPS and starts talking to the security guard , a couple minutes later the driver gets back into the vehicle and leaves.
When I saw the driver leave the center I tried calling the driver 4 times which all 4 times the calls where ignored.
After the 5th time the driver either blocked or switched his phone off as I now only got through to his voice mail.
I kept trying and after the 7th time I got through to the driver ,I asked the driver why he had left and this was when the driver started shouting at me and told me he has other deliveries and he can't come back as the main holder isn't present, which I told him when he phoned me the first that I will get the account holder to come to the shopping center. The driver then started swearing at me and telling me I must listen to him and he won't come back.
I then informed the driver that I was going to contact RAM head office and lay a complaint ,the driver then laughed and said I must go for it.
Shortly after I ended the call with the driver I contact RAM head office and spoke to a lady who I lay the complaint with.
The lady then informed me that she will pass the complaint over to her supervisor and the person in charge of the driver's.
I gave the lady my name and number and informed her that her supervisor and person in charge of the driver can contact me in regards to my complaint. Haven't heard anything back.
I then phoned RAM again today (11/3/2022) to follow up on the delivery as we phoned vodacom and RAM to change the addresses again on the (10/3/2022) to ensure the package could be delivered speedily(firstly wasn't our fault as we made sure everything was sorted before hand )I was then informed that the package will only be delivered on Monday 14 March 2022.
We have paid for everything and already been invoiced by Vodacom but we haven't even received the device yet.
I would like a Supervisor or Manager from RAM to contact me in regards to this as I am very unhappy.
