TERRIBLE SERVICE BY RAM COURIERS

Cell c gave my phone to Ram to deliver 2 days ago, I never received any tracking information from them, I had to keep calling to get the tracking details. They said my parcel was out for delivery yesterday but I never got it. Waited the whole damn day, no communication, nothing. This morning I call them for the umpteenth time, they say my parcel was handed to the wrong driver that's why I still don't have it but I'll get it today. O am utterly discontented with these people. No regard for people, no sense of urgency. Ludicrous service!
