Terrible service and unreliable

Such bad service, I was told my package would be delivered today but it wasn’t, when I called the Ram Polokwane, they told me they did not ship out my parcel because the parcel are not balancing(don’t know what this means) I offered to collect my parcel since I want to use tomorrow they refused.

If delivering of parcels is based on balancing why do you then give a delivery date of you not certain of the delivery date. Person on the phone didn’t seem eager to assist and was very rude and could hear her scan while talking to me.
