Terrible service

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today but after waiting the entire day, I tried to connect with the call centre team who took 30 minutes to answer me just to tell me that the driver tried to call three times but I did not answer. This is an absolute lie I had our reception monitoring my line the entire day and there were no incoming calls from RAM. Furthermore, I went on to the website and started a live chat, the operator (Xavier) messaged me once to which I DIRECTLY rep**** and then stopped all communication. This is unacceptable service!!!!!!
