TERRIBLE SERVICE

Should have received a package from RAM on Friday but nothing !! Then they **** about it on their tracker saying unsuccessful delivery but the time was 7:40 and they open only at 8 secondly they said unavailable contact yet nobody contacted me. phoning them on Saturday they told me Monday. Early Monday morning called them again told them it was urgent just to hear later after calling for the forth time that it will now only be on Tuesday. Never will i ever order something that gets delivered by RAM again. Vodacom sould seriously get new couriers i am thinking about cancelling my contract and go with someone else just because of this.
