Terrible service

Terrible service. Big *****. I have been waiting a week and I still have not received my overnight package.. Driver said there was traffic so he could not reach my house... Big ****, there was no traffic in our area. Doesn't even bother to call. THen I get a message to say that I was not available at the address at 20:19 in the evening. Call Centre just puts you on hold and agents do get back to you. FNB Dont Use RAM Courier again
