Terrible service

The worst courier service under the sun ! I was made to wait delivery for a parcel from 8h30 am and when their driver was a no-show at 3 pm, I called the contact centre to do a follow-up. The agent informed me that the driver was in my area and had advised that he would deliver my parcel by 4pm. I waited until 5 pm and the driver never showed up and when I called the contact centre I was told that the driver was no longer answering his phone.
