Terrible service
I have been on the phone the entire morning with their head office and the lady on the other line kept me online until my airtime ran out.my package arrived in east London and was not handled since a day back. I am unable to contact the branch as the phone just rings and rings. Terrible service and I'm contemplating to cancel a contract as this delay is unacceptable
