Terrible service
My parcel was handed over to RAM couriers to deliver. The driver was so rude he left the parcel with the security guards, and register the parcel delivered. I called him letting him know it's against our company policy to leave our parcels with security his response was "that's your problem, actually I was doing you a favor by starting delivering your parcel first" doing me a favor when I am paying for the delivery?

I'm still waiting for a call from one of your operators in order to resolve this matter as I'm still expecting more deliveries from RAM. Or should I request for deliveries to be sent back to the company and request my refund?

I'm patiently waiting for your response as promised on the 13th. No one from operations has contacted me. As I'm worried that my parcel is missing while from your side it indicates as delivered. This is a day light *******, I bought and paid for my things because I needed them. It's not fair that my parcel get lost just like that and no one cares to give answers
