TERRIBLE SERVICE
The WORST courier company ever. I'd give them a zero star rating if possible. Zero communication or assistance from any customer service personnel. Delivery is always "attemped" well after working hours with no calls from the delivery person, so please do not use your work address as a delivery location. For companies, Do NOT use them to deliver your packages. Use another courier service instead. I understand that this is an incredibly busy season but there MUST be communication between parties as to the whereabouts of the package and a time estimation for the delivery. I honestly don't feel that words can convey my disappointment at this moment.
