Terrible service

I’ve never experienced such bad service. I booked a delivery for Monday the 13th May. They did not collect. I contacted someone via their Facebook page who told me hey had a problem with their IT system and my delivery address didn’t pull through. He said he would make sure it was collected on Tuesday, and he would put it on a plane and I would receive it on Wednesday. Next update on the web said they put the parcel on a truck from Cape Town. It was supposed to come to Durban but went via Johannesburg first. My parcel eventually arrived in Durban yesterday so I expected delivery to be scheduled this morning but when I contacted the call Centre again they said it still hasn’t been dispatched and they’re not sure why. The call Centre hardly answers their phone and when they do, they hang up on you. Please can RAM arrange delivery of my parcel today?
